There hasn't been a new feature that I can recall in the past 2 years.
The reason no one is replying is because it's not worth the effort for something that's not going to probably ever see the light of day. Think hard about a new feature they added in the past year that wasn't designed specifically to get money from you. The last thing I can think of was the rank increase to R255 years ago.
People are just tired of giving feedback, tired of their voices not being heard, and just plain tired of G1's shenanigans. This thread isn't entertaining and that's all this forum is now. Complaining or memes; there's nothing of subsistence to go on anymore and therefore no one really cares.
Not trying to be rude, but that's just how it is. Sorry.
For the record, next time post this sort of thread in the "Suggestions & Ideas" subforum where it belongs, that way it can rot with the rest of the community's hope.
Holy crap this is probably one of the best ideas I've seen on the forums. There are so many possibilities and I would really really love for this to be added to the game. The only issue is that if it is added, they would probably put it on armas
G1/RP, devs, staff, whoever's in charge, please add this to the game and make it a free customization feature, and if you do add it at least make the light textures uncompressed so they look nice. So many times on maximum video settings the light textures for cars are low quality and blocky looking, especially on the new kits. I'm sure that uncompressing light textures for vehicles wouldn't be too much to ask in addition to the light customization.
If they were going to put it up on the Armas Marketplace, it would most likely be pre-designed light patterns, pre-designed lightbars (colors), and pre-designed sirens. Although this feature, if added to the game as an Armas Marketplace purchase, would bring GamersFirst tons of revenue because this feature is a gold mine for Enforcers, most would give negative feedback on their decision to make it a purchased feature, either influencing them to change it, or something else along those lines. Luckily, based on GamersFirst track history, most items on the Armas Marketplace are not key game features, such as editors, etc., they are items that can be directly used by the player, or used in editors, on vehicles, etc.
Look at the state of this game right now. It's getting worse and worse every freakin' day. Right now there's maybe like 4-5 people behind all of this. We haven't had a proper patch since... Well, see for yourself. We're waiting for EU to come but it doesn't happen. This game is dying quicker than ever before.
Well, the status of the game doesn't affect the likeliness of this being added to the game, just the length of time it will take for it to be added.
