idk what wrong with support maybe they dont read the Tickets
now due Christmas but let us know atleast, if some Gm can help
me with my tickets would be great i have sended 3 but on all not a
clear answer or just no answer here are my Cases

Case #: 365911 - Gets Auto reply if they just read it it would be better
Case #: 365996 - No reply yet
Case #: 365809 - No reply yet
