APB is not competitive, APB is a mmo with shooter elements.
The competitive community is a very small part of the playerbase and does not spend nearly as much as the rest of the community.
I've always said that the average silver spends more than the average gold, but that was before G1 gave everyone gold threat instead of just hiding threat.
APB2? Oh yeah we could've gotten there if people didn't trash the APB vendetta kickstarter.
Basicly overwatch in a APB setting, aka character classes with specific weapons, attacks/skills/spells whatever you want to call it but everyone could run and walls and slide on the floor and stuff like that.
They also wanted us to have access to our own servers aswell as mod support which would have allowed us to create our characters in the APB designer and port them to vendetta, we could have done a TPS mod which could have been something similar to what we have today but with improvements, maybe even use the districts or create new ones.
While I do understand that the idea is farfletched it was still our only chance.
So let's focus on keeping this game alive instead because I think a lot of positive stuff will come with the engine upgrade.
