Yes and I was just customizing one about an hour ago. I can't access my Hot Drive kit at all.

You could try submitting another ticket or replying to the old one again.  Did you get the confirmation email or an actual automated response email?  Also, does the kit still show up as purchasable from the JT store?

I submitted another ticket about three days ago and got a response that seemed automated but said they were diligently working on my original ticket. I checked yesterday and the pack shows up as purchasable on the JT store for me. Like I said before though I still have the ingame mail of when they sent me the parts years ago  so I can prove I bought it. Maybe I'm  being impatient, it just seems like an issue that shouldn't take over a week to resolve.
